Well when I arose this AM we had a wind chill of minus 9 degrees. But only a few hours later the heat of the day zoomed the wind chill all the way up to minus 6.
Where did I put my Bermuda Shorts??

According to local weather reports we should be having a clear, sunny in the 70's Christmas.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Yes, it was nice yesterday, (70s) and this morning (upper 60s), then I had to come home.

It's raining. (and has been for 3 days)
Supposed to be sunny and warm for Christmas tho.

Sorry about all the rain, Trucker. Hope you have a clear day the 25th.
They've revised the temps for Christmas, here......in the 80's!! Wow! There have been a lot of high waves, here.....big storm off the coast of Hawaii affecting our surf. We have a Breakwater....but, waves are getting through much to the joy of the local surfers. They keep harping about the Breakwater (built by the Navy in the '40s for a safe harbor for their boats) not thinking about flooding at high tides, tusnami's, etc.
Have a wonderful Christmas......everyone.

I was surprised this morning.
It was socked in Fog in Bakersfield, but mostly clear at home.

It's usually the other way around.
Oh well, we are sceduled to have a nice clear warm (65-70) Christmas day.
Oh, and so no one panics, On the 26th (the day after Christmas for those who are calendar deficient) I will take down the christmas decorations. (I'll leave this installed until New Years for anyone who wishes to keep the Christmas theme for a few more days.

Then there's the folks who keep the Christmas decorations up until February. And yet act indignant if someone 'suggests' they take them down.

I thought about making it snow in here today, but remembered the nightmare I went thru last year getting it to stop.
So, I'll just say.... Merry Christmas.

I remember when Preacherman dropped smilies

all over the Myst III Exile forum by linking to a off-site script. But that won't work here.

I was watching a program on HGTV last night showing various different Christmas displays. There was one place where the guy actually showed how he made it snow using a pressure washer and compressed air. It was kinda cool actually. But no more snow here... I hope...
