This brought tears to my eyes. The caption says it was only shown once but I didn't see it then.

Re: Budweiser 9/11 Tribute Video
That's a cool video. I wish I could put the one I have up, but.... I didn't make it, and the song playing in the background could possibly get me sued.

As usual Bud makes great commercials and lousy beer.
I'd seen this commercial before and always marveled at why the Bud wagon was (supposedly) in Central Park when the WTC was at the other end of Manhattan?

Great video!
The Statue of Liberty wouldn't be visible from Central Park. Battery Park, maybe?

On second thought, it looks tiny from anywhere in Manhattan, doesn't it?
They'd have to be on the island with it.

The view of the Statue of Liberty was definitely filmed in Jersey City, NJ. Probably Liberty State Park. It could have been added later. The horses had no need to cross a bridge to get to New Jersey. They piece movies together like they piece models together in fashion mags.
Re: Budweiser 9/11 Tribute Video
My husband thought it was viewed from the old Shea Stadium site, which is in New Jersey.

Shea Stadium was out on the site of a World's Fair. I think that was Westchester County but I'm not sure. I do know Shea was not in NJ. Maybe he's thinking of the old/new Giant stadium which was just torn down (before the tax payers are done paying for it) which was/is Rutherford, NJ.
I'm thinking they pieced together photos and movie clips from a number of locations for this commercial.
