She mentions Quebec City which looks to me to be what I called Old Quebec often described as a "Little Paris". One photo I found is of the Fairmont Hotel which is atop the hill on the border of the main city of Quebec. Old City is mostly down the side of this hill which has meandering streets, great restaruants (not the least bit snobby) and gift shops priced to get you to part with some of your money. At least that's what I thought when we were there X to the 10th power years ago.And what a beautiful place to live! Where is that?
It's a very pretty region but if you drive there park the car and walk. Very narrow streets. Historic Quebec City IS pictured as having an seperate entrance. Hey! It's historic!!
