Party--->pooper.

Dance/Turtle was a dance craze either late 70s or early 80s. I never saw it performed but was told it involved the "dancer" lying in his/her back on the floor waving both arms and legs in the air like a turtle trying to right itself.

I assume that if the "dancer" did not succeed they made soup out of him/her.
