The more complex the technology the easier to mess up.
The difference between decimal and metric comes to mind.

Radio Shack tell me they didn't handle remotes that had a "
Mute" button. This in spite of the fact that I have, at home, a
Radio Shack remote with a "
Mute" button.

Actually metric uses decimals all over. It's that other system (inches, feet, pounds) that have all the weird conversion factors. Funny thing, isn't that system called "English" (or is it "British") even though England now uses Metric (I think?), and the U.S. is maybe the only place that still uses the old English system? Course, we speak English, so...?

.....must have come from a different store....a different Radio Shack store!
