Happy Turkey Days you mean. Plural. You see the spousal unit purchased two (2) turkeys because besides the one she ordered she found out for the first time they also had smoked turkeys. So TURKEY DAYS.....and many of them after.

I would like to thank Brian for the turkey. He was good. :rotfl:
It was a.... different type of day for me. Both sides of the family are scattered this year, so....for the first time since we've been married, my Wife and I stayed home with our youngest and had dinner together. :) It was a great day. :) Now....where did she hide the left overs.......

Or a turkey salad sandwhich. Then there's a salad of greens dressed with chopped turkey. Or how 'bout a pulled BBQ turkey sandwich? Or a turkey wrap sandwich? Turkey and black bean soup?

The mind and stomach boggle.

Now you've gone and done it. You've made me hungry. I'm gonna have to go to the store today and get some sweet potatos now. (not to mention the pie crust and whipped cream)
